Candidates in a Special Election are reminded to file, or have filed, a “Personal Financial Disclosure” (PFD) covering the preceding calendar year.

Lobbyist online registration renewal is open for the 2013 calendar year. Please note, the Commission has advised lobbyists with outstanding fees, fines and/or reports will not be allowed to renew until the outstanding matter is resolved.

The Commission has announced it will be taking the online reporting platform offline to perform “system upgrades”.

Cutoff Date of contributions and expenditures to be reported on the “15 Days before Special Election” report for Candidates running in the January 8 Special Election.
12/25/2012 – 01/08/2013
Candidates running in the January 8 Special Election must report any contributions of $1,000 or greater within two business days of receipt (“TBD” reports).

December 31 is the cutoff date for the end year reports for:
Candidate Campaign (Election Year and Non-Election Year), Political Party, Individual, Corporation, PAC, Independent Committee, Recall Committee, Statewide Referendum, Constitutional Amendment, County or Municipal Ballot Question, and Lobbyist.
